- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Liaise effectively with external suppliers, manufacturers and clients, situated both locally and internationally
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions
- Manage, track, analyse and report on financials, schedules, risks, deliverables, personnnel, etc. specified in the project
- Lead and manage the site and office teams
- Manage procurement of goods and materials
- Manage all project documentation required by the client
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Manage a team of designers and site technicians to address customers' concerns
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and to support audits
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated project management skills: planning and directing teams, scoping, costing, managing timelines and delivery
- Experience in a clientfacing role, with good verbal and written communication skills to enhance negotiation and liaison within teams
- A team player with excellent time management skills
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving, able to articulate and balance tradeoffs to keep teams moving forward
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high pressure situations and tight time frames
- Able to manage and motivate team members through the process
