General Crewing:
• Managing all aspects of seagoing/Onshore personnel recruitment administration.
• 1. Crew Deployment: Coordinate the assignment of crew members/ team mates to make sure
all clients requirements are met on time and continuous development towards enhancing no’s
of crew recruited.
• 2. Crew pool : Develop and maintain crew data, sourcing , ensuring adequate coverage for all
assignments while optimizing crew utilization.
• 3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and
industry standards related to crewing and other recruitment services. Conducts internal audits
and lead the external audits for MLC and RPS.
• 4. Recruitment and Training: Participate in crew recruitment processes, including interviewing,
screening, and onboarding new crew members and crewing team mate. training and
development initiatives to enhance crew management services
• 5. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for crew members, Clients ,addressing
their inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Maintain effective
communication with clients, Crew and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• 6. Performance Management: Monitor crew performance, Team performance and conduct
performance evaluations, and provide feedback to promote continuous improvement and
professional development.
• 7. Crew Welfare: Oversee crew welfare initiatives, ensuring the well-being and safety of crew
members both onboard and onshore.
• 8. Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills, in professional
way with clients and crew members.
• 9. Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks related to crew management, including
record-keeping, documentation, and payroll processing.
• 10. Invoicing : Monitor accounts department for proper invoicing on time and give inputs as and
when needed.
• 10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
gains within the crew management system, implementing best practices to enhance
operational effectiveness.
• 11. Cost effectiveness : Monitor all expenses and crew wages to be under budget and
continuous efforts to be made to enhance company profitability.
• 12. Crewing Budgets: Assist business Development in order to prepare crewing budgets and
participate in the new business activities.
• 13. Manning agents or overseas offices: Coordinate with overseas manning agents and our
offices for crewing related matters and training to the personnel as and when needed.
• 14. Business Development: assist in business Development to get more clients onboard, prepare
presentations, participate in Exhibitions.
