JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand the company's customer base
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to identify key insights and opportunities for sales growth
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing, and promotional activities
- Qualify leads, assess client needs, and present tailored solutions to prospects to drive conversion and sales closure
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner to move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing product knowledge, industry insights, and personalized solutions to address their business requirements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to generate brand awareness and drive lead generation
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, case studies, and product demos, to support sales efforts and engage prospects
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales results, trends, and insights to management and stakeholders
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, refine sales strategies, and optimize sales processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
