JOB DESCRIPTION
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing product information, pricing details, and order status updates as needed
- Collaborate with sales representatives, logistics, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for sales-related inquiries and support
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
- Follow up with customers after sales transactions to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any additional needs or concerns
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings
- Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to track progress, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement
- Propose and implement solutions, tools, and initiatives to streamline processes, enhance service quality, and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to make recommendations for business growth and differentiation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
