Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
● Create branding using existing promotional materials
● Lead and execute generation plan
● Monitor and actively engage with users across all social media platforms, involving tasks such as posting, scheduling and analyzing
● Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media
● Collaborate with departments to manage the company's reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate strategic actions
● Expand professional network by interacting with industry professionals
● Respond promptly and assist to clients’ comments and inquiries
● Attend relevant training sessions to stay updated on industry trends
● Take on a leadership role in fostering social media conversations and increasing engagement
Requirements:
● Minimum qualification of a Diploma or higher
● Enthusiasm for the field of Marketing
● Diligent, proactive, and open to embracing new challenges
