- Actively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, and meeting with potential clients.
- Utilize market knowledge and research to identify prospective leads.
- Prepare accurate quotations for clients, perform rate negotiations to secure contracts while maintaining company profit margins, and diligently follow up on quotation statuses to close sales deals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, which will contribute to repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to guarantee that all shipments are organized and executed flawlessly.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipment process in a timely and professional manner.
- To explore potential sales opportunities and acquire new customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Outdoor Sales experience preferably in Logistics | Freight Forwarding industry
- Immediate starter is preferred
