Roles & Responsibilities
Elephant & Coral is looking for 2 Long-Term Part-Time Retail Associates who are able to commit 2-4 days a week! Undergraduates and Experienced Seniors are welcome!
Join us if you have passion in Luxury Retailing & Customer Service or love interacting with customers!
Responsibilities
- Maximising sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Provides excellent customer service and proficient in Mandarin in order to sell to Chinese-speaking customers
- Effective team player
- Window display, upkeep boutique's image and general housekeeping
- Usage of POS, Inventory Management and other duties as assigned
- Will be trained to help maintain website, replying to emails etc
Requirements
- GCE 'A' level or equivalent with credit in English
- Preferably bilingual in English & Chinese ( to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
- Graphic Design experience is advantageous
- Great personality, love to smile
- Customer service experience & admin skills
- Lots of initiative, independent cum team player
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Social Media
Working hours
Retail hours from 11am to 8pm.
