Team Lead // Solution Delivery Manager (IT) Wanted!
A multinational insurance holding company is seeking a C# Team Lead who has experience in Banking and Financial Instituitions.
A quick overview
As a senior Solution Delivery manager, you will have at least 1 year of experience as developer Team Lead, and extensive hands on coding experience in Microsoft environment (i.e. C# . Net, VB. NEt, etc.).
You will be in charge of leading the IT Solution Delivery team to manage web-based & mobile business applications, reviewing all functionalities of ongoing/new projects, and working with business users to complete SDLC (software development life cycle) process.
Your Skillsets
- At least 6 years of experience with at least 1- 2 years experience in leading a team of developers
- At least 4 years hands-on coding experience in predominantly Microsoft environment i.e. C#.NET or VB.NET, UML, OOAD, XML, SQL, web services, etc.
- Knowledgeable in Web, Mobile and API application development.
- Domain knowledge in Life Insurance and/or experience in Life Insurance IT systems are preferred.
