Job Description
- Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
- In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
- Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
- Updating of employees' personal particulars
- Managing of employees' leave and claims.
- Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
- Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Other Information:
- Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations)
- Salary: $2,200 - $2,800
- Performance Bonus
- 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration: 5 years contract (Extendable)
- Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
