Description:
1. Product Strategy:
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Define the product roadmap based on market insights, technology trends, and business goals.
2. Product Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Manage the product development process, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
3. Product Launch:
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
4. Product Performance Monitoring:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
• Monitor product performance metrics such as revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
5.Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Present product plans and progress reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
6. Continuous Improvement:
• Iterate on product features and functionalities based on feedback and market dynamics.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in product management or related roles in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
• Knowledge of telecom technologies, standards, and protocols.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
