- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive, cost effective, and aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Lead annual salary review processes, merit increase programs, and bonus payout cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs and communications to educate employees about their compensation and benefits packages and promote understanding and appreciation of the value they receive
- Support the annual budgeting process by providing input and analysis related to
- compensation and benefit expenses and forecasts.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in C&B.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any Business Administration
