Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and repackage inbound inventory.
- Process medication orders and prescriptions according to established protocols.
- Conduct quality assessments on medication orders, preparing them for delivery.
- Collaborate with the informatics team to integrate IT and automation systems seamlessly.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment, cycle counts, and stock take procedures.
- Execute billing procedures for rendered services.
- Coordinate deliveries to healthcare facilities or patients, managing reconciliation, handover, and issue resolution.
- Assist in maintaining pharmacy supplies and overall cleanliness.
- Support the implementation of quality enhancement initiatives.
- Facilitate the orientation and training of new staff within the section.
- Oversee section operations if assigned as a team leader.
- Fulfill any other occasional duties as required, including cross-functional assistance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector
- Previous involvement in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup, or outpatient pharmacy operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
