In the context of team expansion, Neurones IT Asia is looking for an IT Support Engineer in Singapore. The successful candidate will be a competent and dedicated resource who is able to value-add in terms of the job scope listed.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site/remote support to customers across Singapore [remote and on-site for APAC region]
- Taking care of IT Infrastructure Support for Southeast Asian customers.
- To ensure any incident and service request is fully recorded, managed, and tracked.
- You will be working at the client side and at the same time will be part of in-house service team.
Technical Skills
- At least 3 plus years of relevant working experience with Active directory experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Desktop (Windows desktop, application, within a medium or large-sized organization.
- Windows 7 & 10 expertise.
- Flexible to widen their skillsets in System/Infra side as well.
- Excellent communication skills and learning mindset
