Job Description:
Accountable for overall Informatica Support delivery for GIC project
Manage and Drive all the client meetings independently
Provide regular and proactive status reports to Client on Informatica tickets
Work with Junior resource in the team and ensure all Informatica support tickets/assigned actions are delivered on time and with good quality
Should be able to articulate the incidents/business impact and work confidently with Informatica Vendor and Infrastructure teams to resolve the issues
Manage and guide junior resources.
Maintain Runbooks /Standard operating guides and manuals
