The role will require knowledge of audio visual equipment, networking as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Core Responsibilities: •
System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
Work with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio visual equipment.
Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, when required;
Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of audio visual equipment.
Attend to service calls related to equipment breakdown;
Ensure production and updating of documentation such as user guides & etc;
Perform preventive maintenance on audio visual equipment to minimize downtime and extend the life of the equipment.
Stay up-to-date on new audio visual technologies and products and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Work closely with Engineers from different manufactures like Extron, Crestron, Logitech, etc to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience centre, command centre, auditorium, ballroom, etc
Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution

Education Qualification:
ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills for AV devices
Experience with data networking setup and configuration.
Good communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
