JOB DESCRIPTION -
- Manage client accounts by performing bookkeeping duties, including transaction data entry, schedule preparation, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the quarterly GST reconciliation process and prepare GST returns.
- Provide support to the Accounts Team as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks related to corporate tax.
- Draft financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records and an organized filing system.
- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS -
- Diploma in Accounting or a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Competent in managing a full set of accounts.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with Xer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

3 Days a week in office
