Staff Nurse
Location: Henderson
Salary: $2700 - $4000
Working Hours: 6 Days - 3 rotating shifts
- AM: 7am – 230pm
- PM: 2pm – 930pm
- Night: 9 pm – 730 am
Job Descriptions:
- Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the role is to assist the Nurse Manager/Senior Staff Nurse to supervise and evaluate clinical nursing and administrative activities of the respective area/s designated.
- Maintain and improve clinical nursing and administrative standards
- Provide the full range of nursing care activities in clinical practice and uphold the philosophy and mission of company
- Build teamwork in nursing and with other departments in the holistic care of residents.
- Orientate, supervise and evaluate clinical practice of Senior Enrolled Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, Nursing Aide, Healthcare Assistant and Healthcare Attendant when assigned.
- Participate in evaluation of clinical guidance and in-service programme.
- Check and execute inventory control.
- Ensure smooth execution of nursing and administrative policies and procedures
- Be familiar with code blue, infection control and fire & safety policies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing graduate from local Polytechnic Institution.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 1 year of related working experience as Staff Nurse.
