Function Overview
Assist the product development and provide execution services to Nomura IWM in relation to all Fixed Income products specialists.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to build and grow the Fixed Income (Cash and Structured Products) products and solutions offering for IWM Clients in the region.
- Collaborate with regional coverage and product team members to enhance the overall product and platform capabilities for coverage teams and clients.
- Spearhead desk infrastructure development in Credit Coverage, Research, Performance monitoring
- Coordinate Structured Product content ideation, feedback collection, idea conversion and associated process enhancements
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in Fixed Income domain
- Skilled in Fixed Income advisory with ability to deal and provide product leadership across cash bonds, credit, derivatives and other structured solutions
- Experienced fixed income advisory professional providing in-depth Research coverage for Emerging markets, including LATAM, Middle East
- Effectively bilingual (in particular Hindi speaking) with deep understanding of economics, political and cultural aspects of India fixed income market
- Strong track record dealing with NRIs to design and deliver tailored fixed income solutions to clients
