- In charge of registration of patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with the self registration
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE N/O/A Level
- No prior experience is required, on job training is provided
- prior customer service/healthcare experience is prefered!
