Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform duty of receptionist, including accurately referring phone calls and taking down messages and relaying them to the interested parties.
2. Responsible for the timely dissemination and circulation of mails and documents to Management and others.
3. Maintain neat and complete records of documents relevant to Admin Dept’s work.
4. Collate and record consumption of diesel, electricity, water.
5. Keep an eye on stocks of office stationery, pantry supplies, toiletry supplies, and alert HQ when there’s a need to top up.
6. Escort external parties eg. surveyors who need to conduct official inspections or visits to the premises, on ad hoc basis.
7. In charge of coordinating orders, obtaining and evaluating quotations, putting up sound recommendations for vendor selection, vendor liaison, and checking of goods delivered for key events such as new year lunch, purchase of festive gifts for clients, and annual corporate gifts.
8. In charge of organisation of key events such as charity events and staff get-togethers.
9. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.
Minimum Requirements
a. Minimum 1 year working experience.
b. Must be a self-starter, and willing to use all resources available to learn the jobscope independently.
c. Must have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
d. Possess strong organization and planning skills.
e. Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
