Contribute to, lead, and guide overall creative effort of an award-winning creative group.
Integrate art, copy and digital disciplines to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Partner creative directors to ensure the team’s creative output is aligned with client goals and strategies.
Build a strong relationship with business and client directors.
Motivate, mentor and nurture junior creatives to aim for and achieve creative excellence.
Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience. Strong client facing and ability to manage several stakeholders.
- Copy-based with strong digital thinking. Extremely detailed and process-focused.
- Versatile across different media channels, business verticals and brand voices.
- Strongly prefer a candidate with understanding of and experience in local (Singapore) and regional markets.
- Regionally and internationally recognised and awarded i.e. Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencils, Most Contagious, Mashable features, etc.
