Job Description
- We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual, with experience in the planning and execution of services for the acquisition of products and services.
- Support the team in partnering with internal stakeholders and carries out procurement transactions.
- This involves vetting requests, such as reviewing the approval of requirement, specification of requirement, small value purchases (SVP), invitation to quote (ITQ) or invitation to tender (ITT) documents; and clarifying where details are incomplete.
- Optimise resources and achieve value-for-money outcomes, you will partake in review of contract details together stakeholders, eg, review status of active and/or completed contracts.
- Be oriented with the necessary information and resources for such task.
Job Requirements
- Possess a tertiary qualification. Procurement experience in the Public Sector with knowledge on Government Procurement procedures, will be advantageous;
- Possess good analytical skills and has effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders’ purchasing needs;
- Meticulous team worker who is able to deliver tasks with minimum supervision;
- Good time management and be able to meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP would be an advantage.
