Responsibilities
Carry out HR operations & execution duties as follows:
• Handle recruitment
• Coordinate and conduct interviews.
• Carry out internal salary benchmarking for new hires.
• Conduct and process confirmation of appointment and exit formalities.
• Handle all aspects of personnel administration inclusive of maintaining employee database.
• Assist in periodic HR reports, such as manpower report, levy report.
• Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercise.
• Administer of all work passes (WP, SP and EP).
• Handle medical insurance and work injury claims.
• Handle staff claims, reimbursements and timesheets.
• Provide administrative support for HR process and policies.
• Handle employee disciplinary issues.
• Coordinate HR events and staff welfare activities
• Support HQ in implementing ideas and plans on Workplace Health Programme.
• Oversee the new time clock system.
Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the factory site, including managing office supplies,
coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
• Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees and visitors.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities and equipment.
• Support in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
