The Store Assistant will contribute as part of the Inflight operations team and perform daily warehouse duties such as inbound receiving, product inspection, put-away and outbound.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products are received correctly
- Ensure all products are tagged with RFID tags before put away
- Ensure all products are x-ray screened before entry into the store/sterile area
- Perform inspection on products to ensure they are in good condition for sales
- Store products in proper location and conditions
- Carry out picking tasks for sales cart replenishment and order fulfilment
- Support investigations on any customer complaints on product related issues
- Assist in issues related to warehouse and order fulfilment
- Perform regular stock check and highlight any discrepancies
- Perform general housekeeping of warehouse
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum O Level, A level or ITE
- Computer literate
- Work experience in warehouse environment preferred
- Able to lift heavy goods and stand for long hours in an air-conditioned environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts for 5 days per week and OT (including weekends and public holiday)
Working hours / patterns: 5 days work week from Monday – Sunday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
