Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least an āNā level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- Preferably with 1-year working experience
- Basic PC knowledge with reasonable typing speed
- Must take initiative and able to work independently
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls/emails, and filling
- Assist in co-ordination with relevant parties for smooth deliveries and shipments to customer
- Billing
- Provide administrative support
- Good communication skills
- Liaise with customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 0830 to 1730 hrs
- Saturday: 0830 to 1230 hrs
- Alternate Saturday off
