About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Manager with a strong background in building and managing AI products. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of our AI product from conception to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and spearhead initiatives that redefine the way our users interact with our products.
You will:
- Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and roadmap
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to deliver enterprise level identity risk solutions, especially on SAAS platform
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, other product managers and business stakeholders to evaluate product features and opportunities
- Produce high quality Product Requirement Document to capture detailed requirements, key milestones and timeline to ensure efficient execution
- Monitor and analyze product performance data and promptly react to user feedback
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and customer service teams to provide product support, collect user feedback, and prioritize product requirements
What you'll need to succeed:
- 2+ years of working in product management or similar enterprise product experience (B2B products or products with Internal users)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
- Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
- Requirements gathering across pre-sales, customer success and clients, and converting them into a product solution.
- Self-driven with strong organizational and execution skills.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and persuasively using data.
