Position: Opening Team Member
As an Opening Team Member, you will play a vital role in bringing our Izakaya to life. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the initial team and help shape the customer experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Take orders, interact warmly with guests, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Beverage Preparation and Service: Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including traditional Japanese drinks.
- Reservation Management: Handle bookings and manage table reservations efficiently.
- Closing Duties: Assist in closing the restaurant, ensuring everything is cleaned and organized for the next day.
- Cash Handling: Perform cashier duties, manage transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Daily Sales Monitoring: Keep track of daily sales and report any discrepancies.
- Customer Interaction: Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, engaging with customers to enhance their dining experience.
