ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Manager, Corporate Solutions & Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales acquisitions of corporate orders for our ergonomic solutions, in addition to developing and growing our network of partners. With a clear path towards leadership, you are expected to leverage your experience and network to meet ambitious sales targets and lay the groundwork for a robust sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Solutions - (80%)
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Perform leads generation, conduct client meetings, and close direct sales on a corporate level.
- Acquire and develop new relationships to expand our corporate client base, while leveraging an existing portfolio of contacts to generate recurring revenue.
- Be an ambassador of the brand, promoting ergonomic workplace solutions to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders with operationalization of sales strategies that aligns with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasting, and market analysis to senior management.
Partnerships - (20%)
- Identify and approach:
> potential corporate clients to enhance their employee benefits with ergonomic solutions,
> potential partners such as direct marketplaces, loyalty portals, community groups, etc, with an existing database of clients for marketing of our products.
- Negotiate and establish agreements with these potential clients/partners to promote our products to their clients/workforce, including joint marketing and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers with these clients/partners, to ensure growth through recurring revenue.
- Track and analyze the performance of these programs/initiatives, providing regular updates to management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the ergonomic industry and will a portfolio of relevant contacts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation, cold calling, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications particularly with Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and a basic understanding/experience with CRM platforms.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Some proficiency with designing creatives/digital brochures/pamphlets, ideally on Figma and/or Canva.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
