About Our Client

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Lease Management department, your primary responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc leasing reports, management reports, budgetary controls, and budgets.
- Overseeing system security controls and administration, managing data integrity and updates, and implementing IT-enabled initiatives to support work processes.
- Centralizing, standardizing, and maintaining manuals, templates, reports, forms, letters, and legal documents to meet service quality standards.
- Occasionally assisting in the review of internal and inter-department workflows, policy formulation, staff orientation programs, and liaising with auditors, lawyers, and external parties.
- Aiding the manager in communicating daily leasing duties to staff and providing feedback on process and system improvements.
- Assisting in managing system-level space requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1 year of experience in lease management, corporate/management reporting, policy formulation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of real estate practices is a plus.
