Job description:
We are looking for a product senior specialist to supporting Product team in multiple projects, such as system migration, other frond-end system integration into ebao and control remediation.
Role Purpose
Principal Responsibilities:
Product Senior Specialist who has experience in insurance products and connectivity to systems & processes and managing stakeholders is preferred.
Product Senior Specialist is responsible to support Head of Products or Product Leads in managing overlapping reviews required for product team in multiple projects, such as system migration and integration project, and to connect the dots with process owners/users and provide oversight as product owner/business owner. This role is also needed to support other on-going control remediation reviews.
The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting the projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data migration by assisting in gap and data analysis, product rationalization and setting up tables in the systems. In addition, the incumbent may also be required to work with the subject matter experts to gather, collate and document the requirements for systems development and workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Memo mapping review tagged to Product in the systems migration and integration exercise.
- Review and confirm system related requirements that require sign-off from product business owner.
- Draw up workflows &/or processes (SOP) for Product's involvement.
- Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
- Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Head of Products or Product Leads prior to sign-off.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills and Ability
- At least 7 years of relevant product / system experience in life insurance industry;
- Good knowledge in insurance and end-to-end product development process;
- Open to BA candidates involved in product development projects , have knowledge of system build systems and project management experiences to be able to provide sound advices to product leads
