The successful candidate will be part of the Business Analyst Chapter within the CASE (Change, Control Adoption, and Stakeholder Engagement) cluster of the ICS (Information Cyber Security) Portfolio Enablement hive, a segment of Transformation, Technology, and Operations (TTO). The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a shared understanding of project goals, objectives, and scope.This role reports to the Business Analyst Chapter Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the ICS’s strategy, and apply this knowledge along with technology/cyber risks driving the project portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders across various units within the Bank.
- Proactively and effectively communicate and document project requirements with minimal supervision.
- Conduct requirements analysis, validation, and verification, ensuring that requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Elicit requirements using various techniques such as interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, cost analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and requirements workshops.
- Deliver projects in alignment with internal policies, standards, and frameworks, and maintain all relevant documentation.
- Create wireframes, workflows, process maps, use case diagrams, flowcharts, and other business analysis artifacts.
- Support testing teams by preparing test documentation and participating in testing activities to assess the quality and completion of system implementations.
- Review and/or prepare system documentation and specifications in accordance with the methodology.
- Contribute to the project lifecycle with creative problem-solving, idea generation, and drawing conclusions based on large volumes of information and data.
- Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value.
- Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in enforcing project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
- Prepare end-user training and process documentation for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project team members on project status reporting.

- Be proactive and a self-starter, capable of working under limited guidance and supervision.
- Process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, with the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment.
- Clear understanding of Cyber Security concepts (Cyber Defence, Malware Protection, Vulnerability Management, Identity and Access Management), industry best practices, and globally recognized standards & frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, compromise, and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations across diverse cultures.
- Provide analytical and critical thinking to support consistency of requirements and development of best-fit solutions while solving complex problems.
- Must be articulate and composed when delivering difficult messages to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in large, worldwide organizations.
- Experience in creating various types of business analysis and project documentation for a variety of stakeholders (senior management, operations departments, vendors, end users).
- Experience working with technical Subject Matter Experts, leading discussions, presenting solutions, and asking pertinent questions.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization (BPMN).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Open-minded, proactive approach to improving the surrounding reality, and comfort in adapting to change in fast-paced work environments.
- Prior experience in Cyber Security is a strong plus.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- CCBA, CBAP certification, or equivalent are welcome but not mandatory.
