JOB SCOPE
1. Support in Implementing Supply and demand planning strategy for the Asia Region
2. Establish and monitor key performance matrix on order fulfilment lead time, forecast accuracy, cost reduction, optimum inventory management, etc.
3. Analyze external market trends on the supply chain and competitors in Asia and use it for improvement planning.
4. Develop Asia Logistics strategy in collaboration with HQ.
5. Any other responsibilities assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Around 6-7 years of relevant Demand SCM experience, preferably within Consumer Goods/ FMCG.
· Proficient in SAP, MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLookup etc.)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and manage different levels of management and stakeholders
· Ability to work and collaborate with regional and /or cross-functional teams
· Willing to Travel
