You will partner business leaders to fulfill manpower needs to support business needs by managing the acquisition and administration of the employee’s employment lifecycle, from identifying hiring requirements to selection criteria, interviews and installation of new hires, involvement in the engagement and retention initiatives of employees and HR management. You will also be involved in Graduate and Internship Programs, including organizing campus outreach, relationship building with IHLs in building talent pipeline.


Primary duties

• Partner with business leaders on manpower needs and people matters to support business needs; including effective solutioning to business needs

• Collaborate with institutes of higher learnings on campus outreach for potential talent pool, recruitment agencies/search firms, job portals / social platforms on best sourcing methods

• Review acquisition process and methods including HR System and online portals and related platforms to raise awareness for purpose of talent acquisitions

• Conduct interviews & selection, propose salary recommendations for on-hiring, facilitate internal staff transfers • Partner with line managers and HR COE (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Organisation Development and HRIS & HRSS) to proactively manage and resolve attraction, retention and staffing matters

• Preparation and tracking of manpower needs, headcounts, involved in recruitment and recruitment budgets, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reports

• Involved in annual performance and salary review exercise, including conducting calibration exercise with line managers • Be abreast of changing regulatory and HR practices, communicate the implications to Company and implement changes as appropriate

• Engage with union officials and involve in collective agreement negotiations

• Any assigned initiative / projects Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a global firm.

• Possess good experience in sourcing via social media tools

• Possess keen interest in talent acquisition and HR Management activities

• Resilient, adaptable, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and work volume

• Good stakeholders management skills with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Meticulous and resourceful
