EVENTS EXECUTIVE - (GOLF / BANQUET)
- Secure private banquets and functions (eg; corporate seminar & conferences, weddings, socials events, private golf tournaments, etc.)
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of all private event matters with clients in a timely fashion, through Golf Event Overviews, Banquet Event Orders and any other communication channels.
- Issue Weekly Event Forecasts and Banquet Event Orders in a timely fashion to allow all relevant depts/sections to plan their market list, manpower and other requirements.
- Prepare printing materials relating to the event (eg; directional signs, menu, food tags etc.)
- Attend to billing enquiries and prepare billing summaries for all private event transactions.
- Manage and control all available function room spaces.
- Work with trusted event vendors/suppliers to offer additional event services to clients (eg; décor, emcee, live band, entertainment etc.)
- To ensure that service of the highest standard is accorded to members and clients at all times.
- Attend to and resolve customers’ complaints and tabulate customers’ feedback for Management’s review.
- Issue meeting agenda and take minutes for meetings involving the dept. as and when required.
- Handle backroom administrative duties (eg; raising of purchase requisitions, sourcing of corporate gifts/party favours, filing of documents etc.)
- Contribute to the sales performance of the dept by cold calling or networking and to follow with weekly sales reports.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
