The Construction Manager is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all sites operatives & manpower, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with management equipment and materials required. The successful candidate is also responsible for communicating with the Company Management and clients on the progress and requirements of the projects on hand.
The successful candidate leads a team of workers to complete the tasks required as per contract and work schedule in a timely and safe fashion.
