- Working Location: Little India (Walking distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children aged 4 to 12.
- Develop therapy plans based on each child's unique needs, continuously monitoring and updating these as necessary.
- Engage children using age-appropriate therapy techniques to improve their communication skills.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals to implement comprehensive treatment strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of each child's therapy sessions, progress reports, and evaluations.
- Educate family members on different aspects of the therapy process and provide strategies to support the child’s progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Stay up to date with advancements in the field of speech therapy and integrate new methods and technologies into practice.
- Promote a supportive, patient-centred environment that encourages children’s active participation and self-confidence.

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-language Pathology or related studies.
- With knowledge of various speech therapy techniques and interventions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with children and their families.
