As a Assistant Nurse Clinician (Ward), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist in reviewing and identifying ways to improve policies and procedures
- Work closely with other departments in providing the best care
- Participate in work improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and SOPs
- Perform clinical audits
- Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements
- Preceptorship for junior nurses
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Advanced Diploma (in any specialized discipline), will be an advantage
- At least 7-8 years of working experience with 3-4 years of leadership experience
