Responsibilites
Responsibilities for this position include:
• Assisting in Migration from the existing software to the new software
• Customise the software as and when required
• Training the customer on the software
• To support client in handling the software till such time it is handed over to the customer service team
• Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution
• Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects related to the payroll software
• Provide 1st line support on-site, via telephone, and on email for the application software, tracking and monitoring all work with time recorded within the CRM solution
• Attend all 3rd party supplier demonstrations on enhancements to the software for new releases and interpret the business impact & opportunities
• Configure and troubleshoot multiple Linux and Windows based middle and back office applications and processes which support trade posting, position/trade/cash reconciliation, prime broker data communication and mapping, and report publishing
• Closely work with vendor on critical issues, system upgrades and debugging, performance improvements, supporting testing efforts.

• Provide scoping and estimated delivery timelines for all requests
• Interact closely with NT IT, HFS business and Citadel to understand, analyze, interpret and document technical flows and other documentation
