We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in system administration tasks such as health checks and patch updates, adhering closely to Standard Operations Processes (SOP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine system administration tasks such as health checks and patch updates.
- Adhere meticulously to Standard Operations Processes (SOP) to ensure consistency and efficiency in task execution.
- Facilitate physical access and provide escort services for contractors accessing premises.
- Support project implementation by promptly fulfilling operational requests from the project team.
- Maintain accurate work documentation, filing, and other paperwork to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Provide essential IT admin and logistics support to the team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor with diligence and dedication.
Qualifications:
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Diploma qualification in Information Systems or any other related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in system administration or related fields is preferred.
