· Familiar with TS16949 and APQP process
· Maximize project efficiency and control budget
· Review and approve DFM with mold maker and customer
· Prepare time line and adhere to project schedule
· Prepare required machine capacity, jig and fixtures
· Work with team members to ensure adherence to schedule
· Communicate and update customers on progress of the project
· Arrange layout and process flow
· Develop inspection and testing protocol for monitoring project performance
· Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
· At least 2 years automotive experience in a mid-size molding company
· Familiar with design software
· Hired permanently as an employee in Singapore and willing to work in Mexico with expatriate package
