Retail Sales position in a Hobby/Toy Shop operating with a POS system. Handling/Dealing with walk-in and regular customers on their requirements. To provide Basic first-line service/trouble shooting when there are issues with products sold. To acquire product knowledge over time in order to advise clients and provide recommendations and proposals. To make quotations to corporate clients and process their orders when received. To receive and process incoming goods and updating the POS system with new stock items. Provide regular feedback to management on requirements of customers that we are unable to fulfil with current products and services. Job also requires to maintain and upkeep of the products on display. Handling of Cash/Credit Card/Nets machinesare also expected.
Computer literate and knowledge of MS Word/Excel (minimum) is required. At least 'O level' or ITE Nitec/Higher NitecCertificate in Retail will be an advantage.
