Job Description
- Responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to business development and fulfillment.
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting market research
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Managing client accounts
- Ensuring successful service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Prior 2-3 years experience in business development, hotel sales or a related role in hospitality, third party agency, corporate meetings & events team (hotel events sales team, M&E sales, corporate sales)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the specific industry or market is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
