We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Membership Service Officer (MSO) - Retention to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective and profitable membership retention strategies.
· Ensure the customer service aligns with our performance objectives and quality standards.
· Achieve monthly membership renewal targets.
· Partner with team members to address pre-sales queries and communicate the benefits of continued membership.
· Conduct gym tours, emphasizing the value of membership and the services we offer.
· Implement strategies to enhance membership retention rates and deliver exceptional service levels.
· Handle member complaints professionally, including follow-ups with incident reports and recommendations.
· Actively support and promote all club promotions and EnergyOne services.
Requirements:
· Minimum NITEC or equivalent.
· Diploma in Sports Science, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields will be advantageous.
· Proven experience in customer service or membership retention, preferably in the fitness industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
· Customer-focused and service-oriented
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge of the fitness industry and club operations is a plus.
· Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
