As a Director, Customer Relation & Business Office, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Overall in-charge of enhancement and fulfilment of customers’ experience
- Manage Accounts Receivables, Payments and added new Marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans.
- Manage and monitor operating budgets and expenses.
- Evaluate the market main competitors and identify trends.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners and network business.
- Oversee and direct any activities.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Marketing / Business and any related field
- Possess 5-7 years of working experience in healthcare industry
- Strong business acumen and achievement oriented
- Possess good track record
