As a Director, Customer Relation & Business Office, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Overall in-charge of enhancement and fulfilment of customers’ experience
  • Manage Accounts Receivables, Payments and added new Marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Manage and monitor operating budgets and expenses.
  • Evaluate the market main competitors and identify trends.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners and network business.
  • Oversee and direct any activities.

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Marketing / Business and any related field
  • Possess 5-7 years of working experience in healthcare industry
  • Strong business acumen and achievement oriented
  • Possess good track record
