- Do appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer’s emails and other avenues of communication
- Follow up with patients and clinics’ phone calls and emails when necessary
- Process payments and invoices to relevant parties
- Filing, checking invoices – labs, drugs
Job Requirements
- Min NITEC/ DIploma in any course
- Able to commence work within short notice
