- Manage project teams, consultants, and contractor to ensure project run smoothly
- Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects withiin scheduled cost, time, and quality
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth tender completion of the local and overseas projects
- Prepare, review, and submit all detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, risk assessment plans
- Providing inputs on unit layouts, facilities, material selections
- Asist in managing project budgets and expenditures; identify cost-saving opportunities and control project costs; report on budget status and variances
- Monitor projects progress, conduct regular inspections, quality checks and updating of reports to the management
- Oversee post TOP defects liability period. Ensure defects are being completed and signed off
- The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering or equivalent
- Atleast 5 years experience in Developer or Architecture firm specialize particularly in residential or hospitality developments
- Immediate starter is preferred
