Pharma Assistant - $11–12/h CFS (Diploma in any course/ A levels, currently studying Degree in Pharma Sci/ Pharmacy)
Jobscope
- Assist in processing medication orders for inpatient and outpatient dispensing, including typing, packing, labelling, and distribution.
- Perform billing functions and address billing and subsidy inquiries.
- Dispense medicines under pharmacist supervision and adhere to Good Dispensing Practice policies.
- Provide quality customer service and manage deliveries to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain drug inventory levels, perform stock receipts, and assist with stocktake.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and prepare for daily operations.
- Participate in hospital activities and liaise with the compounding laboratory for orders.
- Assist the Senior Pharmacy Technician with staffing, orienting, and training new staff. Support pharmacists in managing operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Details:
- Location: Woodlands
- 7pm – 11pm, Any day of the week, inclusive of weekends
- Diploma in Pharma Sci (Full time Curriculum) at least, ok for those
- Dip/ A level studying Degree in Pharma Sci/ Pharmacy
