Responsibilites:
Assisting in Migration from the existing software to the new software
· Customise the software as and when required
· Training the customer on the software
· To support client in handling the software till such time it is handed over to the customer service team
· Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution
· Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects related to the payroll software
· Provide 1st line support on-site, via telephone, and on email for the application software, tracking and monitoring all work with time recorded within the CRM solution
· Attend all 3rd party supplier demonstrations on enhancements to the software for new releases and interpret the business impact & opportunities
· Configure and troubleshoot multiple Linux and Windows based middle and back office applications and processes which support trade posting, position/trade/cash reconciliation, prime broker data communication and mapping, and report publishing
· Closely work with vendor on critical issues, system upgrades and debugging, performance improvements, supporting testing efforts.
