Main Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly passionate and driven HR professional to join our pre-opening team for the Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree.
This will be an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to shape the culture and set the standards for Human Capital practices for the new Resort. The Talent Attraction Executive will do so by building a strong, passionate and talented workforce, one which embodies the values and spirit of our brand.
The incumbent will also deepen and advance their HR career by being involved in the formulation and setting up of the HR department and HR policies for the new Resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy - Develop a comprehensive talent attraction strategy to ensure that the Resort’s pre-opening manpower needs are met. The incumbent will identify and leverage an array of recruitment channels (e.g. social media, recruitment roadshows, job portals) to attract top talents for the Resort.
- Candidate Management and Experience - Take responsibility and own the entire recruitment process, from job advertisements, candidate identification, interviews and hiring. It is also paramount that the incumbent ensures a positive candidate experience, one which reflects our impeccable service culture and standards.
- Employer Branding - Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen our value proposition as an Employer of Choice. This includes showcasing our value proposition through our recruitment channel and other avenues.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to complete projects.
