Job Summary

As a HR Executive at Fokker Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives through effective management of its human capital. You'll also provide a range of administrative support services to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You'll be the face and voice representing our institution, requiring a highly professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support a broad spectrum of HR operational activities including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding and exits, performance appraisal, learning and development, employee database management, end-to-end benefits administration, and process documentation;
  • Maintain accurate HR database records and update employee records;
  • Carry out HR operational and ad hoc matters according to approved policies and procedures such as leave management, medical and benefit claims matter, learning & development,
  • Support HR initiatives and transformation projects according to the designated work plan;
  • Ensure effective application of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and service delivery in accordance with legal compliance and company protocol;
  • Proactively keeping abreast of changes in employment law, HR practices, and industry trends to identify and propose opportunities for enhancements and drive HR service delivery and productivity.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years related experience in an HR generalist role with an operational focus;
  • HR or Business Degree/Diploma from a recognized higher learning institution;
  • Ability to adapt and maintain professional work relationships with employees, peers, line management, and internal/external stakeholders;
  • A strong team player with positive work ethic, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills;
  • Strong command of English oral and written skills is required; fluency in the Chinese language is an added advantage;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • High degree of soft attributes in the areas of confidentiality, maturity, professionalism, and discretion;
  • Good knowledge of local labor law and related statutory regulations.
